The private Delta Medical College Mirpur was established in 2006. Its mission is to train human doctors with high ethical standards. It was founded by Professor Dr. Syed Mukkaram Ali. He is a world-renowned histopathologist, and is the navigator for this journey. The medical college is located within Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. Indian students are eligible to apply for a NOC/Eligibility Certificate from MCI, as Dhaka University has been approved by the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council.
The following are the eligibility criteria for Indian students who wish to apply for Anwer Khan Modern Medical College Admission for MBBS:
1. Candidates must have a minimum GPA score of 9.00 in the SSC or HSC Examinations or equivalent, and a GPA of 3.50 in Biology.
2. Students who have taken a longer break from study than one year cannot apply.
3. The rules and procedures for admission to foreign students are set by the Government of Bangladesh.
4. The passport must be from a country with a diplomatic relation to Bangladesh.
5. The candidate must have completed 12 years of schooling. Your grades must be comparable with your Bangladeshi counterparts – SSC or HSC.
An MBBS course at Delta Medical College & Hospital lasts 5 years. Students can do an internship after completing the 5 year course. An internship is required. Only after the internship has been completed can the student practice.
Admission to the Delta Medical College & Hospital is easy. The student must follow the steps below:
1. To be admitted to Delta Medical College, the student must have passed the NEET exam.
2. Students must secure 50 % marks in all three subjects in NEET.
3. Subjects must have the following prerequisites in order to be admitted to Delta Medical College: BIOLOGY, PHYSICS and CHEMISTRY.
4. Students who meet all admission criteria can apply online for admission.
1. You can download the MBBS Admission Forms from the Bangladesh Foreign Ministry website and fill them out with your medical preferences.
2. To receive the receipt, you will need to pay $60 (subject to change) at a bank in your country for DGHS.
3. Send the completed admission form, receipt and documents to Bangladesh Embassy.
4. Send the documents required to the college for a provisional letters.
5. You can apply for admission after you have received a permission letter.
5. The Director-General for Health Services reviews all applications.
6. DGHS conducts an admission test. Students are granted admission based on their merit.
7. A waiting list was also created. If a seat is not filled by the deadline for admission, students on the waiting list can apply for admission.

1. Certified copies of university certificates and certified international passports.
2. Proof of English proficiency is not required, but applicants must be proficient in English, otherwise they will not be able to apply to university.
3. A current curriculum.
